OK, so today is the first day of the rest of my life. That's a duh. But can it be the first day that I start exercising regularly and monitoring what I eat? Maybe. Just maybe. Probably the 3 glasses of wine, nachos, taco & desserts last night won't help me much.
So I'm going to start a wii fit routine. I found one someone had posted on the web and I think I can adapt it to my needs (yoga (stretching), aerobic then strength).
